For our headquarters in Allschwil, we are looking for a customer-oriented, dedicated, and reliable person as Order Process Manager or Order Excellence Manager 100% by agreement.
- You independently carry out projects in consultation with the department management, are responsible for deliverables, and define responsibilities within the department.
- You are jointly responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving the Order-to-Cash process.
- You independently implement process and work optimizations in consultation with the department management.
- You independently deal with the legal requirements for order processing and invoicing and are jointly responsible for their compliance.
- You promote the digitization and automation of all business processes in order administration.
- You take on personnel management tasks and identify with the leadership principle "Demanded to Promote".
- You work closely with the department management on the further development and implementation of the department vision and strategy.
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Completed tertiary education in the mentioned field is an advantage
- SAP knowledge in the FI and SD modules is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience
- Good German skills, English and French skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Enjoy critically questioning existing processes
- Pursuing creative approaches to optimization
- Strong perseverance to represent and enforce improvements in cross-departmental projects
- Excellent proactive and process-oriented thinking
