Experienced Construction Manager in Asphalt Paving Echandens - Lausanne

Tasks

• Management, organization, technical and administrative supervision of asphalt paving construction sites.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and financial objectives while guaranteeing execution quality.
• Ensure the application of safety rules with the help of foremen and team leaders.

Requirements

• Construction manager diploma AND HES engineer or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of 7 years in managing asphalt paving works.
• Ability to negotiate, assertiveness, autonomy, rigor, and solution-oriented.
• Sense of responsibility, organization, team spirit, and good stress resistance.
• Perfect command of the French language spoken and written and a driving license are essential.
