Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Controlling team.

Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance management across product categories, Marketing activities, and all corporate functions.

Partner closely with commercial and functional teams to optimize business performance, margin management, strengthen promotional effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Drive the central Controlling and Finance agenda with both central and local stakeholders.

Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to senior management to support decisions on product portfolio mix, Marketing investments, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Support corporate functions with end-to-end cost control, including cost planning, management, analysis, and insights driven reporting with strategic recommendations.

Safeguard robust, timely, and accurate reporting in line with internal and external financial standards.

Design, enhance, and standardize controlling frameworks, tools, and KPIs to monitor global market performance and identify growth opportunities.

Lead business cases for investments and support and long-term strategic and financial planning.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
-
University degree, preferably in economics, business administration, business accounting, or finance
-
Minimum 8+ years of senior experience in Controlling, FP&A or Commercial Finance, ideally in a multinational environment from the FMCG, luxury/fashion retailing, or consulting industries

Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing global stakeholders
-
Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, problem solving and financial modelling skills

Providing a business and commercial acumen with a proactive, independent, and consulting-style mindset
-
Excellent communication skills, including an ability to summarize complex issues into simple, concise messages and recommendations
-
Experience of working in a matrix organization and collaborating with other functional teams

Fluent oral and written communications skills in English

Advanced proficiency in SAP BW, Power BI and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (incl. financial data modelling and scenario analysis) and PowerPoint
