Your tasks
- You take overall responsibility for the HR area and actively shape the entire employee life cycle
- You lead, develop, and strengthen a small HR team as well as the education-responsible nursing staff
- As a sparring partner, you support the director and executive management in strategic and operational HR matters
- You advise, coach, and empower managers to lead and further develop their teams optimally
- You ensure that our HR processes are efficient, service-oriented, and of high quality
- You actively contribute to the operational day-to-day business
- You drive the further development of an already digitized HR management and develop new tools
- You lead and accompany HR projects and transformation initiatives
- You shape our employer branding so that we are perceived as an attractive employer
Your profile
- Completed advanced HR training (federal diploma, NDS, Master and/or other further education)
- Several years of solid experience in a leading HR role, ideally in healthcare or a comparable organization
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law and its practical application
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team development
- High consulting competence and experience as a sparring partner for executive management and managers
- Proficient handling of HR systems (e.g., SAP, Abacus Umantis); Polypoint-PEP is an advantage
- Digital affinity and experience in further developing digital HR processes
- Experience in HR projects, transformations, and digitization initiatives
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with implementation strength and high quality standards
- Confident, convincing appearance as well as excellent communication skills
