• You and your team support the entire bank with all legal issues arising in the legal department of a universal bank (general banking law, review and drafting of contracts, labor law, inheritance law, adult protection law, banking secrecy, data protection, IT law, etc.)
• You represent the bank's interests in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
• You are part of various projects and provide legal advice in the further development of our services and products
• You are responsible for official information requests (editions) to the bank
• You lead and further develop your team of 5 employees as well as an intern

• You have completed legal training and a successful qualification as a lawyer with several years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of expertise - expertise in data protection is an advantage
• You master the German language confidently in spoken and written form, preferably have good knowledge of French, and impress with excellent presentation skills
• You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially, and is always curious. You gladly take responsibility, make decisions, and possess analytical and conceptual skills
• Our customers are important to you, and at the same time, you always keep the bank's well-being in mind
• You have IT affinity and enjoy new technologies
