Foreman Landscaping (m/f)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Leading a landscaping team of about 2-4 employees
• Organization / deployment of personnel, machines, and materials
• Issuing work instructions
• Responsible for work quality and quantity
• Preparation of daily and time reports

Our expectations

• Completed apprenticeship as a landscape gardener EFZ
• Several years of practical experience
• German spoken and written
• Driver's license category B, BE
• Good plant knowledge
• Experience in handling small machines and excavators
• Responsible, conscientious, and goal-oriented personality
• Open-mindedness, sociability, reliability, punctuality
• High resilience and willingness to perform
