Logistics Specialist 100%
Our team in the Supply Chain Management department is looking for you as of September 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Goods receipt and dispatch:
- Incoming/outgoing transfers of medicines, packaging materials, and raw materials
- Control and inspection of incoming deliveries for completeness and quality
- Administrative processing of transport-related documents
Order picking:
- Preparation of customer orders with handheld scanner
- Providing information on logistics questions to customer service
- Internal transports
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and on-call
- Conducting inventory
- Completed training as a logistics specialist (EFZ)
- Knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical logistics (GDP environment)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Good IT skills in SAP and Office
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style
- Forklift certification required
- Team player and strong communication skills
- Sense of responsibility in handling sensitive products and documents
- High quality awareness and diligence in work
