About the job
In this responsible role, you take overall responsibility for the personnel, financial, and organizational management of our LANDI stores. You keep an eye on economic goals as well as company-wide guidelines. You continuously develop the locations – in terms of services, quality, processes, and structures – and ensure that improvements are implemented sustainably.
You promote and support your employees through targeted training and further education and ensure that labor law requirements as well as internal quality and safety standards are met. In addition, you actively and solution-oriented participate in strategic decisions and support the implementation of occupational safety requirements throughout the operation.
You have solid experience in retail, complemented by completed training and further education as well as several years of professional and leadership experience. Your leadership style is inspiring, motivating, and characterized by appreciation and clear communication.
Even in challenging situations, you keep a calm head and find solution-oriented ways. You also bring good IT skills and are confident in Microsoft applications as well as in merchandise management and personnel software.
