FR - We are looking for a professional and motivated head chef for Indian cuisine, specialized in curries, tandoor, and regional Indian dishes.

Your tasks - Mise en place and preparation of dishes. Compliance with hygiene rules. Keep work areas clean and compliant with standards. Stock control and orders.

Requirements - More than 7 years of professional experience. Flexible and adaptable. A nature lover willing to work in the Swiss Alps. You speak English. French or German is always a plus.
