We are immediately or by arrangement looking for reinforcement of a certified nursing specialist HF/FH, 80% - 100% workload with additional function as a vocational trainer
The Susenberg Clinic in Zurich is a small specialized clinic with 34 beds in an idyllic location on the Zurichberg. We accompany our patients holistically in acute geriatrics, rehabilitative care, and palliative care, always with a patient-centered approach.
Your tasks:
- You care for our patients respectfully, empathetically, and personally.
- You respond sensitively and individually to their wishes and lifestyle habits.
- You ensure professional and needs-oriented care.
- You work closely with the interdisciplinary team.
- You reliably and independently maintain the nursing documentation.
- You accompany and support our FAGE trainees as their daily reference person;
- You take on further administrative tasks and help create a positive team climate.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent (recognized in Switzerland).
- You already have the vocational trainer course or can complete it with us.
- Professional experience in acute care, high professional and social competence.
- Patient- and team-oriented thinking, motivated and open personality.
- Flexibility and resilience.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- KISIM knowledge is an advantage.
- Very good German and PC user skills.
