Site Inspector for Maintenance Cleaning 100%

Your challenge:

• Ensuring smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
• Independent planning and execution of quality controls
• Training and induction of maintenance cleaning staff, optimisation of workflows in the sites
• Material deliveries to the sites, material management and monitoring of material consumption
• Support in organising holiday cover
• You are the contact person for the maintenance cleaning staff outside office hours

Our requirements for you:

• Professional experience in cleaning, caretaking or facility management with a focus on cleaning
• Driving licence
• High flexibility and organisational talent (working hours are mainly evenings and Saturdays)
• Resident in Winterthur or nearby surroundings
• Impeccable reputation
• Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality
• Very good oral and written German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• MS Office user skills
