Your main tasks
- Leadership and further development of the Business Unit Pharmacy (pharmacies, drugstores, mass market, chains, groups)
- Responsibility for budget, sales, margin, and market performance targets in the Pharmacy Switzerland segment
- Management of market access projects and portfolio development
- Support of B2B customers (pharmacies, drugstores, hospital pharmacies, chains/groups)
- Management of B2C marketing activities including social media and campaigns
- Building and maintaining KOL relationships as well as representing the company externally
- Use of CRM and reporting to manage pipeline, customers, and performance
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (HMG, GxP, Pharmakodex)
- Promoting a performance- and collaboration-oriented team culture
Your profile
- Several years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss pharmacy and mass market environment
- Experience in implementing market access strategies and product positioning
- Strong communication and interface skills
- Confident handling of digital tools (CRM, automation, data analysis)
- Fluent communication in German and French (Italian an advantage)
- Strategic thinking, implementation strength, and role model function in leadership style
