As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Independent preparation and execution of all work in the production area of the pâtisserie
- Proper storage and management of all food and raw materials to ensure the highest quality
- Organization and participation in inventories as well as reporting of damages or discrepancies in stock
- Careful maintenance and cleaning of all work areas, equipment, and tools
- Responsibility for compliance with internal standards as well as all legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Training and guidance of new employees in the pâtisserie area and passing on expertise
- Completed vocational training as a cook, confectioner, or comparable qualification
- Solid experience in upscale gastronomy/hotellerie
- Creativity and flexibility
- Good German and English skills
