<p>The Meiringen Private Clinic is located in the impressive landscape of the Haslital, in the Bernese Oberland. Here, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment, and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. The ward / your team
<p>The newly emerging Center for Adult Psychiatry consists of three focal points: general and acute psychiatry (protected and open), addiction disorders, and psychotherapy. The center comprises around 120 beds and has a 24-hour admission obligation. Treatment is based on the latest evidence-based medical, therapeutic, and nursing knowledge.</p>
Your tasks
<ul><li>Joint management of the center in a dual leadership system with the chief physician</li><li>Ensuring the service mandate considering quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficacy</li><li>Personnel and professional leadership of the focal point managers and their employees </li><li>Responsibility for organization, personnel, and budget of the center</li><li>Recruitment of nursing professionals in cooperation with the focal point managers</li><li>Ensuring patient-oriented, evidence-based nursing</li><li>Interdisciplinary coordination to implement nursing and treatment strategies</li><li>Promoting collaboration between departments and further development of the center according to the company strategy</li><li>Taking over shift duties or focal point leadership as needed</li></ul>
Our expectations
<ul><li>Completed HF/FH nursing education with a focus on psychiatry, master’s degree advantageous</li><li>Completed, planned management training or willingness to complete one </li><li>Several years of leadership and professional experience in psychiatry</li><li>Interest in design and transformation</li><li>Strong organizational, coordinative, and innovative skills</li><li>Open communication, high service orientation</li><li>Business understanding, solution- and process-oriented attitude and action</li></ul>
