• You are the main contact person for our clients in the handling and management of claims in the areas of private and corporate liability, motor insurance with bodily injury, as well as boat insurance
• You are responsible for clarifying facts, assessing coverage and liability issues, verifying and settling claims, as well as recognizing and establishing recourse
• You consistently place clients at the center of your concerns and respond to their needs. You communicate both by phone and in writing with the insured, the injured parties, lawyers, and other insurance companies

• You have a commercial education or equivalent training, preferably in the insurance sector
• Professional experience in claims handling and/or underwriting in the areas of liability (private/corporate) or motor insurance with a private insurer is an advantage
• You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You enjoy client contact and like to support them in finding solutions
• Native French speaker, ideally with good knowledge of German
• Team spirit, reliability, autonomy, and efficiency are qualities that define you
