Your team
Pictet Tech design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
Ensure the management, installation, operation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for workspaces and internal and external events of the Pictet Group. Ensure the technical quality of services while supporting users and speakers with professionalism, a strong service orientation and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
Your role
- Install, configure and operate audio-visual equipment (Cisco systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Events, etc.) for meeting rooms, auditoriums and occasionally external event spaces.
- Manage technical aspects in real time during events; anticipate and quickly resolve any incidents, including during on-call duties or interventions in the evening or on weekends (infrequent).
- Support, reassure and train speakers and users, demonstrating listening skills, pedagogy and diplomacy, including with management members or VIPs.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
- Participate in the technical preparation of events (meetings, conferences, seminars, webinars, Teams Events, etc.).
- Write procedures and user guides for internal users.
- Manage the inventory and stock of audio-visual equipment.
- Monitor technological developments in new audio-visual equipment and solutions.
Your profile
- Higher education in audiovisual, IT or a related field; specific certifications (e.g., Teams, audiovisual, ITIL) are an asset.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a banking or a corporate environment.
- Excellent stress management, service orientation and strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in audio-visual technologies (Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams, Vimeo, communication protocols), with particular expertise in Teams and Teams Events.
- Skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly.
- Organized, rigorous, flexible and available for variable hours, including occasional interventions outside office hours.
- The utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Swiss residency or willingness to relocate to Switzerland.
