Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)
Olten or Bern, 80-100%
Your responsibilities:
- You independently manage a portfolio of special properties, complete orders from our internal clients on time, and ensure high quality
- In real estate accounting, you are responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, make various corrections and rebookings, and you are responsible for the posting and accounting of creditor invoices
- Maintaining and updating master data as well as handling financial transactions are part of your daily work
- You maintain the accounting contact with our clients, manage owner bank accounts, and ensure liquidity planning
- You continuously analyze existing processes, develop optimization proposals, and keep track of open tasks and pending items at all times

- You have a commercial basic education and solid accounting knowledge in the real estate industry
- You have preferably deepened your accounting expertise with relevant further training, e.g., as a financial and accounting clerk or in property management
- With your flexible and precise working style, you work independently on your tasks
- You have a quick grasp and score with your analytical thinking ability
- You are service-oriented, sociable, and open-minded, and you succeed in constructive dialogue with your partners in management and center management
- You have very good language skills in German, French is an advantage
