About the job

For our young, dynamic team, we are looking for a:

Team Leader Human Resources 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

Entire HR lifecycle process (processing of withholding tax, pension fund, permits, job postings, and more)
Independent execution and responsibility for payroll processing, alternating with your team
Assistance with the management of our civil service employees
Creation of statistics (vacation, flexitime, turnover, BFS)
Participation in various HR projects, such as digitization, introduction of new HR tool solutions, optimization of existing processes
Assistance with time management control

What you bring:

Further training as a personnel clerk as well as HR specialist
In addition, you bring several years of experience in a comparable HR role.
Very good MS Office skills as well as talented in handling Excel
A good sense for people as well as solid knowledge of labor law
Flexible personality and high self-motivation
Communicative and a team player
