The EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 municipalities from the Gros-de-Vaud district and surrounding areas wishing to unite their efforts to manage and develop quality day care services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented: Family Day Care, which includes about seventy family caregivers, eight preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. Rapidly expanding, we are looking for a:
HR Partner at 80% to strengthen the operational HR sector of our human resources service, already composed of an HR partner and an HR coach. Your workplace will be located at the General Management in Echallens. You will report to the HR director and your main mission will be to ensure the operational management of human resources in line with the HR strategy.
Your missions:
- Advise and assist structure directors in personnel management.
- Ensure the application of HR policy within the various structures under your responsibility.
- Determine salaries when hiring employees according to established scales.
- Advise and guide employees on HR benefits related to their professional and personal development.
- Support the change process and ensure optimal communication flow with our various services.
- Participate in various projects, the implementation of procedures and new tools, supporting the HR director.
Your profile:
Equipped with excellent communication and mediation skills, you have the ability to position yourself appropriately in complex situations. Your kindness and duty of discretion make you a privileged and trustworthy interlocutor. With a strong team spirit, you are an autonomous person who knows how to take initiatives and acts thoughtfully and responsibly.
With higher education in Human Resources (certificate or equivalent), you have 5 years of experience in a similar role. You can demonstrate excellent knowledge of labor law and Swiss legislation. You have excellent computer skills (MS Office) and master French both orally and in writing. Knowledge of an ERP such as Proconcept is an asset.
