Your Tasks
- Coordinating and organizational central tasks for the nursing area of the Intensive Care/IMC Unit and the Dialysis Unit
- Ensuring personnel deployment planning, absence management, and vacation planning
- Personnel management and development in the responsible nursing area
- Support in shaping interdisciplinary collaboration
- Working in an interprofessional team
- Quality assurance in the responsible nursing area through active management (guidance of new employees, accompanying internal audits, inspections, and other processes)
- Implementation of regular and transparent information sharing with the department management and nursing directorate
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Completed specialist training in intensive care/anesthesia nursing (m/f/d)
- Qualification/training to lead a nursing unit or willingness to complete this promptly
- High resilience, loyalty, and initiative
- Good organizational and communication skills
- High social competence
