Your Tasks

Coordinating and organizational central tasks for the nursing area of the Intensive Care/IMC Unit and the Dialysis Unit
Ensuring personnel deployment planning, absence management, and vacation planning
Personnel management and development in the responsible nursing area
Support in shaping interdisciplinary collaboration
Working in an interprofessional team
Quality assurance in the responsible nursing area through active management (guidance of new employees, accompanying internal audits, inspections, and other processes)
Implementation of regular and transparent information sharing with the department management and nursing directorate

Your Profile

Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
Completed specialist training in intensive care/anesthesia nursing (m/f/d)
Qualification/training to lead a nursing unit or willingness to complete this promptly
High resilience, loyalty, and initiative
Good organizational and communication skills
High social competence
