Tasks
- Systematic processing of the rejection inventory: checking, documenting, and clarifying each rejection according to KVG and internal clinic guidelines
- Communication with health insurance companies and external partners for quick resolution of queries and corrections
- Collaboration with internal contacts (e.g., medical staff, billing team) to obtain missing documents or information
- Documentation and tracking of all steps in SAP and internal clinic systems
- Prioritization of cases according to urgency and amount of outstanding balances
- Regular reporting to team management on progress and obstacles
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable field in healthcare
- Knowledge of the Swiss tariff system is an advantage
- Solid IT affinity regarding clinical applications desired (SAP and KIS experience is an advantage)
- Precise, independent, and responsible working style
- Strong service orientation and social skills
- Interest in shaping and further developing the area
- Confident German language skills
