Reception Assistant at the Nature Museum of Graubünden

For the Nature Museum of Graubünden within the Office of Culture, we are looking for a reception assistant starting December 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Tasks
- Reception and assistance to our visitors
- Management and closing of the daily cash register
- Management of the museum shop
- Management of the telephone switchboard
- Administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education
- Familiarity with teamwork
- Flexibility (working hours)
- Willingness to work one weekend per month and occasionally in the evening
- Good oral expression skills in German; knowledge of Italian and/or Romansh is an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Experience in merchandise management and sales
- Good manners
- Interest in nature-related topics
