Become part of our OEM purchasing team and ensure that our bikes can be built on time and in the best quality. You are responsible for the operational purchasing of frames, components, and assemblies, coordinate orders and delivery dates, and thus ensure a smooth production process.
Your tasks – You make a difference:
• Recording and processing orders in the ERP system (Sage 100)
• Supporting the OEM team in the operational procurement of components and assemblies
• Monitoring data quality: orders, articles, order confirmations, and delivery dates
• Creating and maintaining articles (weight, price, EAN, conditions) in cooperation with the MDM team
• Creating and maintaining supplier master data (contact details, conditions) in the ERP (Sage 100)
• Checking and documenting order confirmations (price, quantity, delivery date) in the ERP
• Monitoring deadlines of open orders and proactive follow-up with suppliers
• Coordination with logistics and freight forwarders for import (sea & air freight) and export, including shipment tracking
• Matching goods receipts with orders and delivery notes, following up on missing partial deliveries.
• Checking and approving supplier invoices
• Close cooperation with the OEM team, production, logistics, MDM, and project management.
Your profile – what you bring:
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in industry, production, or the bicycle sector
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Sage 100 is an advantage) and confident handling of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with international suppliers, logistics, and customs clearance (import/export) is an advantage
• Structured, careful working style with high quality standards
• Strong communication skills in German (spoken & written), English skills for supplier contact
• Proactive, solution-oriented personality with joy in processes and details
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic production environment
