We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) in the field of Business Engineering (80-100%) for a period of 6 to 12 months, who is ready to actively participate in projects from the start. You will be part of a small, dedicated team where you can work on a variety of projects, products, and technologies.
This internship offers you the opportunity to develop towards a position as a "Product Owner" or "Business Engineer." Through mentoring and personal responsibility, you will have numerous opportunities to contribute your own ideas and put them into practice.
Your tasks
- Support in conceptual product development: Collaborate in ideation, creation of mockups, specifications, and product requirements together with product owners and engineers
- Feature testing & quality assurance: Conduct and document test cases, validate new features before release, and help shape an outstanding user experience
- Participation in ticket and release management: Support prioritization, documentation, and coordination of tickets (bugs, feature requests, user feedback)
- Analysis & process optimization: Identify improvement potentials in existing processes and products and contribute to data-driven decision-making foundations
- Administrative tasks in the product department: Manage access rights, maintain internal tools (e.g., Jira), and support organizational matters
- Ongoing or completed studies in business, computer science, business innovation, digital management or a related field
- Strong interest in digital products, agile methods, and user-centered design
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high initiative
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and team-oriented
- Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus
- Very good German and English skills
