The Aubonne site brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether it is for primary care medicine with its medical center, located in the East wing of the Hospital. The Aubonne Medical Center has 10 family medicine and specialized medicine offices in psychiatry and psychotherapy, gynecology-obstetrics, gastroenterology, proctology, geriatrics, orthopedics, and ophthalmology, as well as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and dietetics services.
We are looking for the Aubonne Medical Center a:
Coordinator in Outpatient Medicine (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE
- The federal certificate of coordinator in outpatient medicine.
- A CFC as a medical assistant or an equivalent recognized title.
- Successful managerial experience, with skills in team management, planning, and conducting performance reviews, an asset.
- Strong clinical skills, especially in usual care, laboratory, and radiology, including high-dose X-rays.
- Proficiency in common computer tools.
- The ability to adopt a managerial posture according to the EHC reference framework: responsible, caring, and agile professional posture, with a strong sense of priorities, adapted communication, and a solution-oriented approach.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the quality and safety of administrative, diagnostic, and care services within the medical center.
- Coordinate the team's activities, promoting a work dynamic based on respect, solidarity, and kindness.
- Guarantee the efficiency of the organization, especially in managing human, material, and financial resources.
- Ensure a coordination role between management, doctors, and all employees while uniting the team.
- Actively contribute to the development of the center by participating in institutional projects and being a driving force in continuous improvement.
- Establish a close relationship with patients, supporting care pathways, especially for patients with chronic diseases.
- Support and supervise employees by ensuring their training, integration, and well-being at work.
- Represent the values of the EHC in your internal and external interactions and work to promote the Aubonne Medical Center.
