Your area of responsibility:
With your commitment, you are significantly responsible for an efficient and smooth process flow and actively contribute to optimization
You support our sales consultants in all administrative matters (e.g., offers, delivery notes, invoices)
You provide a professional telephone service when it comes to advising and supporting our customer base
As a direct contact person for small customers, you independently take care of them
You prepare statistics and monitor customer orders as well as appointment arrangements
You regularly gain insight into exciting and innovative projects
Your profile:
Your passion is sales administration and you appreciate independent work as well as communication
You have completed commercial or technical training as well as corresponding process understanding (from sales offer to invoicing)
Ideally, you have already gained experience in a similar area
You are enthusiastic when it comes to innovation and digitalization
