To strengthen our team in the operations workshop, we are looking for an Operator for Keten- MDN – Cyanate. As a shift employee in the monoblocks in Visp, you will work alternately in the control room and in the plants of a production department with several plants.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring production and controlling and analyzing process parameters
• Detecting and resolving malfunctions
• Safe start-up and shutdown of production plants according to specifications
• Support during changeover and maintenance work
• Safe and timely completion of maintenance work on production plants.
• Professional and timely completion of piping and mechanical work in the assigned plants as well as their revisions.
• During commissioning and decommissioning of equipment and plants, you support the production team and contribute to efficient changeover times.
• You acquire knowledge and skills for the revision of plant-specific valves and equipment.
• As a team player, careful worker, and reliable colleague, you contribute to the team’s success through your involvement.

Your profile:

• High commitment to strengthening the safety culture
• Experience as an operator in chemical production and service companies is an advantage - career changers are welcome
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Accurate working and documentation style
• Willingness to work shifts (4-shift system) with flexibility in work scheduling.
• You are interested and willing to learn new technologies and continuously further your education.
• Furthermore, you are committed, flexible, work independently, are adaptable, resilient, and team-oriented
