Chief Consultant in Radiology 90-100%

The radiology department is equipped with modern devices (3 CT scanners, 3T and 1.5T MRI, EOS, DSA, fluoroscopy, digital radiography, mammography and ultrasound) distributed across two sites in the city of Bienne.

Approximately 51,000 examinations are performed each year in our department.

We are looking, from 1 November 2026 or by agreement, for a:

Chief Consultant in Radiology 90-100%

Your tasks – our position

• Management of various medical imaging modalities, according to a daily rotation
• Writing examination reports and radiological findings in German
• Participation in internal training and leading certain training sessions
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external referring physicians.

Your skills – our expectations

You are a specialist doctor in radiology or are about to obtain your specialist title.

You appreciate actively contributing within a collegial team and working closely with the various clinical departments.

You are willing to participate in night and weekend on-call duties (standby service).

You have a high level of German and at least basic knowledge of French.

A subspecialisation, in addition to broad clinical experience, is an advantage.
