In our Real Estate Department, a new opportunity arises to take on responsibility and make an important contribution to the development of the municipality. We are looking for a committed individual who enjoys diverse tasks and will help us sustainably shape the infrastructure of Spiez.
Your tasks:
- You lead the Real Estate Department both professionally and personally
- You manage demanding new construction and renovation projects in collaboration with various stakeholders
- You actively participate in investment planning
- You prepare applications, reports, and statements for administrative areas and authorities
- As a service provider, you contribute to a functioning and attractive municipality for the population
Your profile:
- Basic technical training in building construction, planning, or architecture; further education at a higher technical school (FH or equivalent)
- Experience in project management in the construction or planning sector
- Strong leadership and management skills as well as enjoyment in working with people
- Communicative, engaging, and persuasive personality
- Confident demeanor and the ability to competently represent the interests of the municipality
