We are looking for reinforcement for our kitchen team!
Cook (m/f/d) – starting immediately or by arrangement
To complement our dedicated team, we are looking for a motivated and passionate personality for our kitchen.
Your tasks
- Preparation and attractive presentation of dishes for our half-board guests
- Planning, development, and implementation of creative and seasonal menus
- Co-responsibility for consistently high quality and presentation of the dishes
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP guidelines
- Organization, structuring, and optimization of workflows in the kitchen
- Responsibility for goods receipt, storage, and control of food
- Support with orders and inventories
- Close cooperation with the service and kitchen team
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook EFZ or several years of professional experience in the kitchen
- Solid knowledge in the preparation of various dishes
- Passion for gastronomy and joy in creative cooking
- High quality awareness and independent working style
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
