• Professional and responsible care and support of patients in need of rehabilitation, for example assisting with personal hygiene, mobilization, or daily planning
• Performing medical-technical tasks such as measuring pulse and blood pressure, taking blood samples, and distributing medication
• Carrying out household tasks as well as administrative and logistical duties, such as documenting provided services in the care report, ordering and managing materials
• Close collaboration within the care team and interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups

• School leaving certificate from district school, secondary school or middle school (with a grade average of at least 4.6 in the main subjects)
• Good reading comprehension, German level B2
• High motivation
• Physical and mental resilience

• Teamwork skills and customer-oriented approach
• Completed trial days in nursing mandatory
