Product Group Manager (PGM) m/f/d 100%

• Leadership of four strategic buyers/product managers and two team assistants (personnel, professional and organizational)
• Developing and implementing assortment strategies to achieve corporate purchasing goals
• Managing and supporting the strategic and operational business in the product and supplier portfolio (Switzerland and internationally)
• Optimizing standard as well as in/out assortments based on market data, competitive analyses and sales inputs
• Leading and actively participating in projects
• Ensuring quality within own area of responsibility
• Acting as an interface between strategic purchasing and defined specialist departments

• Completed training, preferably with relevant further education
• Experience in trade (purchasing or sales), strategic purchasing and personnel management
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Willingness to travel with a focus on Asia
• High self- and social competence as well as an independent working style and target group-oriented communication
