Job description:
In your new role, your tasks impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably consist of,
- Collecting the necessary information to compile patient files;
- Admitting patients;
- Equipping and tidying examination rooms;
- Preparing patients for examinations;
- Performing delegated medical tasks: vital signs, injections, samples, blood draws, vaccinations, small labs, ECG;
- Preparing certificates and attestations;
- Scheduling follow-up appointments;
- Organizing external appointments, ensuring the transmission of medical information;
- Transcribing consultation reports, general correspondence, letters to insurance companies.
Required profile:

- Mastery of medical practices, care to be administered, examination procedures;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
- Mastery of billing;
- Proficiency with standard software;
- Mastery of French spelling and syntax, medical terminology;
- Autonomy, dynamism, ability to organize your work, define priorities, perform rigorous work;
- Sense of responsibility, commitment, confidentiality, and discretion.
Education level:
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as medical assistant or equivalent training required
