- Care and support of patients with various orthopedic elective and emergency surgeries
- Individual and targeted management of the care and treatment process
- Close collaboration in tandem with health professionals
- Involvement of interprofessional services
- Participation in the training of students and apprentices

- Nurse HF/FH with experience in an acute hospital or willingness to acquire it
- High patient orientation and provision of individual and effective care
- Empathetic and motivated personality who enjoys mastering professional and organizational challenges
