About the job
You competently, enthusiastically, and joyfully advise and serve our customers. In the absence of the supervisors, you independently manage the TopShop and ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily operations. You plan and organize the upcoming tasks, take care of attractive merchandise management and presentation according to our internal concepts. Additionally, you ensure that order, cleanliness, and our quality guidelines are always maintained. The care of the postal agency as well as operating the cash register including accounting are also part of your diverse responsibilities.
You have completed training in retail or have several years of experience in sales, the food industry, or gastronomy. Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience.
You convince with pleasant manners, joy in customer contact, and a winning, customer-oriented manner. Even in busy moments, you remain calm, friendly, and organized. You are flexible regarding work assignments – early and late shifts as well as work on Sundays and public holidays are naturally part of your routine. Having your own car is an advantage, and you have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
