Your main tasks:

• Preparation and cooking of dishes in the cold and hot kitchen (Mise en Place)
• High-quality plating of our dishes
• Proper clearing and storage of goods
• Assistance with ordering, goods receipt, and inspection
• Independent management of the station and supportive organization and coordination of daily business
• Responsible for supervising and training new employees
• Conducting regular quality checks and compliance with HACCP according to food law

What you bring:

• You have an independent and goal-oriented working style
• You associate a neat appearance with a confident demeanor
• You perform your tasks routinely even under pressure
• When things get busy in our bar/restaurant, your team must be able to rely on you.
• You can communicate in German and any additional language is an advantage
• You are willing to work flexibly on weekends and evenings (one free weekend per month, no curfew)
• You have completed a cooking apprenticeship or have several years of experience in a comparable size and culinary level
