Head of Service Engineering (100%)
Your tasks and responsibilities
Are you a leader with a passion for excellent service and an eye for detail? Then an exciting challenge with plenty of creative freedom and responsibility awaits you! Your varied field of activity includes the following topics:
- Personnel management of regional team leaders as well as the technical support team leader
- Defining and ensuring efficient processes
- Regular audits of technicians and customers on site
- Ensuring sufficient resources in the respective areas
- Responsibility for budget and costs in your own area
- Determining the technical training and further education of all technicians
- Complaint management in the service engineering area
- Active participation in the development and implementation of new service strategies as well as other internal projects
What you bring with you:
You are a committed and quality-conscious personality with the following additional qualities:
- Completed technical vocational training with further education at HF/FH level or an equivalent performance record
- Further education in business administration or lean management
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- Practical experience in customer service
- High customer and service orientation
- Solid MS Office skills, ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German language skills, French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland (approx. 20%)
