• Assuming professional responsibility during the night shift.
• Functioning as a contact person for nursing assistants during the night.
• Ensuring competent and individualized care and nursing of residents.
• Calm and professional action in crisis and emergency situations.
• Responsibility for complete and meaningful nursing documentation (easyDOK).
• Active contribution to a positive team culture and good collaboration.

• Degree as a certified nurse with SRK recognition.
• Professional experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or gerontopsychiatry.
• Empathy and enjoyment in working with elderly people.
• High independence and strong sense of responsibility.
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT user skills.
