• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio in the business customer segment
• You conscientiously support, advise and empower your customers along their life cycle and their key events in the areas of numbers, saving, investing, retirement planning and financing
• You assess complex financing applications including credit decisions within your own competence
• You maintain long-term customer relationships in the region and sustainably expand them
• You work side by side with your team members as well as other specialists and optionally take on the team specialist responsibility for business customers

• You have several years of professional experience in banking with a strong affinity for SMEs and are interested in their areas of concern
• Supporting demanding customers is nothing new to you and brings you great joy
• You are equipped with good communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
• You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially and is always curious
