Member of Relais & Châteaux, the 5-star Superior Beau-Rivage Hotel in Neuchâtel is located in a paradisiacal place along the lake promenade, called Esplanade du Mont-Blanc. It offers 66 rooms and suites to business clients as well as international private guests. It includes 7 banquet rooms, a Restaurant O’terroirs, a Veranda-Bar, two large Terraces, and a wellness area called B-Spa. 

Job Description

• Welcome and provide clear advice in line with our clients’ wishes
• Ensure order taking, follow-up, and service of food and drinks
• Manage setups, billing, and payments
• Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails in accordance with the restaurant concept (small menu)
• Build and create cordial relationships with clients to foster loyalty in line with our high standards
• Support the Manager in all tasks
• Perform side work

Qualifications

• Training in hospitality (CFC, BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC Pro)
• Successful experience in high-end hotel or restaurant
• Good technical knowledge of products, wines, and spirits
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Sense of hospitality and customer service in a 5* establishment
• Team spirit, flexible and conscientious
• Very good command of French, good knowledge of English or German
