What to expect from us:

• You manage warehouse & transport

You take overall responsibility for the logistics site in Schlieren with a small team. You hold all the strings in your hands, work hands-on, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• You lead with heart and mind

You coach and support your team, further develop structures, and promote a culture based on reliability, performance, and cohesion.

• You get processes rolling

From goods receipt to delivery, you ensure smooth operations. As part of our digitization project, you actively help introduce new processes and ensure that efficiency, safety, and customer orientation go hand in hand.

• You keep an overview and keep your team in focus

You coordinate priorities, set the right focus, and are always present for your team – as a role model, sparring partner, and reliable contact person.

• You drive progress forward

Whether digitization, automation, or new tools – you actively shape the future and make our logistics fit for tomorrow.

What you bring:

Completed basic training and advanced education in logistics

At least 3 years of leadership experience

Experience in logistics projects – ideally with a focus on digitization and process optimization

Solid and versatile IT skills

Leadership skills: You create the best conditions for top performance and promote a positive culture
