Clerk Finance and Accounting (m/f) - 50-60% fixed-term until April 30, 2026
Your tasks
- You contact customers by phone, remind them of payments, clarify open items, and agree on payment terms (in German, French, and English)
- In dunning, you carry out clarifications, set dunning stops, and carefully document all steps
- You are the first contact person for external partners in case of inquiries
- You regularly coordinate and clarify payment issues together with our team in Serbia
- Checking expenses is also part of your responsibilities
- You manage collection cases and work closely with the involved departments
Your profile
- You have commercial knowledge
- You bring experience in accounts receivable accounting (advantageous)
- You are strong in communication and feel confident in telephone conversations – also in French and English
- Careful and structured work is a matter of course for you
- You convince through responsibility, initiative, and team spirit
