People & Culture Director (Member of the Executive Board) (m/f/d) 100%
Your mission:
As People & Culture Director and member of the executive board, you shape the corporate culture, strengthen the leadership community, and promote modern forms of collaboration. You develop a future-oriented personnel policy in line with the corporate strategy and support leaders and employees in all HR processes with your team.
Your contribution:
- Leadership, development, and support of the People & Culture team as well as the MIS team
- Further development of HR strategy and policy, introduction of modern HR concepts, and management of central projects in line with contemporary forms of collaboration, corporate values, and effective internal communication
- Consulting and coaching of employees, leaders, and executive management on labor law issues, complex personnel situations, and leadership questions
- Operational HR excellence in daily business and process development
- Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations
- Ensuring fair working conditions according to the code of ethics, responsible management of salary policy including pay equity, as well as overseeing the EQUAL-SALARY certification and audits
- Further development of development programs, promotion of future and existing leaders (CoLab) within the leadership community, further development of career structures, talent management, and learning & development
Your skills:
- Education/training in HR management or labor and organizational psychology
- Several years of professional experience in a senior HR role or as an HR business partner
- Fluent in German, English, and French
- Willingness to support different locations, business areas, and people
- Enjoy regular interaction, contact, and exchange with the line
- Ability to develop concepts and implement projects and changes
