Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of negotiation programs and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time.
- Monitor program timelines and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Continuously improve program processes to enhance efficiency and participant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program coordination, event management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an international or multicultural setting is a plus.
