Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS)

Our self-organized interdisciplinary teams consist of 7-12 members and

• are responsible for the care and support of our clients in a defined area.
• plan and organize the core business themselves
• have no supervisors, but rotating tasks and roles within the team.
• select new colleagues themselves

Your task

• As an Assistant in Health and Social Care, you take on basic care as well as housekeeping tasks for our mostly elderly clients.
• You carry out medically prescribed measures and support the relatives.

Your profile

• AGS or SRK certificate
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Additional skills are desired
• High social and personal competence
• You like to take responsibility and work independently
