About the job
Your new role
A well-maintained, functional, and impeccably cleaned property is our best business card. In your role as an employee in facility services, you belong to a team of ten. Together, we ensure flawless technical and infrastructural operations and act as competent contacts for various stakeholders. Your responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work as well as winter services and, if necessary, transport and logistics activities. Additionally, you take on other tasks to support school operations, thereby making an important contribution to value preservation and high user satisfaction.
This position is for you if you
- have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance or already have several years of experience in facility services with manual skills.
- work conscientiously, responsibly, and independently.
- possess strong team and social skills and find it easy to interact with a wide variety of people in diverse areas of responsibility.
- are committed and motivated to contribute to the team.
- can communicate well orally and in writing in German to interact with various stakeholders.
- hold a valid category B driving license.
