About the job
The Recruitment Department is responsible for the timely and needs-based acquisition of young talent for the various police professions. With innovative concepts and a winning appearance, it represents the corps in the job market.
Due to new and exciting tasks, we are strengthening our resources and expanding our existing team with a new profile.
Your Tasks
- Planning, organizing, and implementing personnel marketing measures for police professions (e.g., trade fair appearances, school visits, information events, and regional events)
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the measures based on assessments as well as targeted telephone follow-ups (Active Sourcing)
- Participation in the entire recruitment process – from the first contact with applicants to the job offer
- Handling inquiries by phone and email, conducting pre-selections, and supporting admission test days
- Conducting background checks and taking over all related administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further education in the HR field
- At least two years of experience in recruitment or a comparable function
- A winning, sociable, and service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as a high quality standard
- Strong planning and organizational skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form and ideally good oral French skills
