Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Executing (Test Release) and monitoring tests during mass production. Identify and resolve test failures or equipment issues on the production floor. Ensure all products meet the required specifications and flag defective items. Ensure Product Quality Standards Suggest and implement improvements to test and production processes to enhance yield and efficiency. Record and analyze production data for trends and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with test development, logistics and quality to ensure products are delivered in time and with the right quality Act as a liaison between FAB, assembly house, and Test house.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field Knowledge in statistical analysis (six sigma green belt a plus) Knowledge in electrical failure analysis knowledge in test flows and production flows (WS and FT) knowledge in wafer production processes knowledge in statistical analysis tools Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and a structured approach Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, cross-functional team environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
