Professional support and care
We are looking for you for our Support and Care team! We are looking for you if you have completed the SRK course or the course as a Health Assistant. But we are also looking for you if you have completed training in support and care at EFZ level or tertiary level. True to this motto, the Residential and Office Center for the Physically Disabled (WBZ) promotes the self-responsibility, independence, and social integration of people with primarily physical disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that people with disabilities can live self-determined lives and pursue meaningful, qualified work.
Would you like to specifically support people with disabilities and contribute your therapeutic expertise? Then WBZ is the right place for you! We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed physiotherapist (workload 50% - 90%) who primarily supports our residents.
Your tasks:
• Independent treatment of our residents with various neurological and complex medical conditions
• Planning and implementation of individually tailored therapies according to recognized methods
• Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team (nursing, support, medical staff)
• Shaping therapy processes and contributing your own ideas
Your profile:
• Completed training as a physiotherapist FH/HF with SRK recognition
• Enjoy working with people with physical disabilities
• Teamwork skills, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
