Area Sales Manager – Area Sales Manager Lab Solutions 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:
Maintain and expand sustainable customer relationships, including support for existing and new customers as well as targeted development of key and reference customers
Responsibility for sales planning, including creation and management of monthly forecasts as well as implementation of strategic sales measures to achieve targets
Build a powerful sales pipeline with a focus on increasing sales and successfully achieving sales goals
Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as customer service, marketing, and product development for comprehensive customer support
Active market presence through participation in trade fairs, specialist events, and congresses to professionally represent the company
Participation in CRM and marketing measures by supporting cross-channel campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and strengthen brand visibility
What you bring:
Completed scientific degree (at least M.Sc.), ideally in molecular biology or a related field
Several years of sales experience in the life sciences sector, preferably with customers from academic research and biotechnology
Solid understanding of molecular biological methods and ideally knowledge of laboratory automation
High self-motivation, strong goal orientation, and proven sales success
Strong communication and presentation skills, organizational talent, and structured working style
Fluent German and (good knowledge?) English skills as well as willingness to travel at least 50%
Class B driving license
